Spot On Tuesday
Something I have been spotting lately is picture lights over windows. Lighting is quite regularly used over windows, particularly in kitchens. I hadn't noticed before now the use of picture lights specifically though. I really like the look of picture lights above windows because of their clean lines and, after all, what is a window but a constantly changing picture?
Here is what I have spotted....
The same light that is used over the window here is also used in other places in the kitchen, adding uniformity to the room.
This picture light looks simple and sweet.
Picture lights add visual interest without being obtrusive. All of the lighting in this kitchen looks minimal and marvelous.
This kitchen has a mix of lights that all share the same metal finish - very attractive.
